Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
Please email our customer support at maisonclutch2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
